Easy Cajun Pork Chops 6 Pork Chops
2 tbs Slap Boudreaux's Creole Seasoning
2 tsp cooking oil
1 sliced onion
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup sour cream
4 tbs milk
2 tbs flour


1.  Combine Slap Boudreaux's Creole Seasoning , and flour.  
       Coat pork chops with this mixture.  In large skillet, heat oil
       and cook pork chops until browned.

2.  Add onions and chicken broth.  Simmer for 30 minutes until
       meat is tender.  

3.  Stir in sour cream and milk, simmer 20 minutes.
       Serve over cooked rice.    Servings- 6
