       Stir bottom of pot with flat spoon often.

2. Add 2 lbs. precooked MEAT (chicken, sausage, game) or fresh
       SEAFOOD (shrimp, crabs, fish). Bring to boil. Stir bottom of
       pot with flat spoon often.

3. Simmer 20 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
