Slap Boudreaux's Grilled Chicken
2 cups cider vinegar
1/2 cup barbeque sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
5 to 6 pounds chicken parts (or meat of your choice)
Slap Boudreaux's Creole Seasoning

1.  In  medium saucepan, combine vinegar, barbeque
      sauce, oil and 4 teaspoons

2.  Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.  Cook 2-3 minutes.

3.  Place chicken skin side up over medium coals on preheated
       grill.  Grill for 15-20 minutes.  Remove chicken and dip in
       barbeque sauce.  Return to grill and cook covered 45 minutes
       or until tender, basting with sauce every ten minutes.  Serves- 8
