Easy Cajun Bar-B-Que Shrimp
1. Mix Seasoning Together
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp garlic
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/16 tsp white pepper
1/8 tsp paprika
1/16 tsp
Slap Boudreaux's Creole Seasoning
1/8 tsp thyme

Measure 1 tsb of above seasoning, add 1 tbs of black
pepper and 1/2 tsp rosemary, 1 stick butter, 4 ounces beer,
1 tbs fresh garlic, 2 ounces worchestershire sauce, 2-1/2 tbs
seasoning from above seasoning mix, 2 ibs large shrimp (shell on).

In sauce pan, saute shrimp with shell on in butter.

Add fresh garlic, seasoning, beer and worchestershire
sauce and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
