Crawfish-Man's Rotisserie Chicken Gumbo          1 fully cooked rotisserie chicken from supermarket
         1 box Crawfish-Man's Gumbo Mix
         1/4 link cooked sausage of your choice

1. Stir Gumbo Mix in 2 Qts. cold water

2. Bring to boil until thickened. Stir bottom

3. Add deboned Rotisserie Chicken including juices from bottom of
         plastic tray. Add 1/4 link chopped sausage. Simmer for 30 minutes.
         Serve over cooked rice. About 8-10 servings
